Brand Hauser, a former CIA operative and professional assassin, is dispatched to the fictional country of Turaqistan to eliminate Omar, a man who meddled in the oil transfer to America, by his former superior who also heads a large corporation, following a successful mission. Posing as the organizer of an international trade exhibition, Brand Hauser soon finds himself entangled in a bizarre situation.
